Try giving the MAF a hit of electronics cleaning solvent, has helped some
It can potentially become fouled from several sources. Steve suggested doing this every so often.

Alright... I'll need a more concrete date for when I'll get my car back
Friday the 23rd would probably be a good time... you could do my driving lights for TTMW 
Update on the car: They've officially started work on it... in fact, work may have started as early as yesterday according to the lady who answered the phones - which means, all parts are in.
