with a little polishing compound and some TLC, it is gone and all looks good. When I say a little, I mean a VERY little... I'd go ahead and do it if I were you.

Do it!!! I Just took off mine 2 nights ago, did the hair dryer and dental floss thing. Also used a plastic knife to scrape off the excess glue and Goof Off to get the rest off. Go slow and the results are worth it.
