Default Thanks for the kind words, Jack. I didn't believe Steve with all his "my MK1 arms are awesome" talk

either, and didn't have much faith in the DEFCON prototyping, but the car is COMPLETELY transformed with the DEFCONs in.

Miles of curvey smiles ; )

Default And if you recall....>>>

Over 5 years ago when I was one of the first to put on a NS rear bar, you would have thought I had personally issued and signed the Death Certificates for anyone "foolish" enough to try that. Time and attitudes change, but the car characteristics remain the same. Both of these mods make it what it should be...:-)

Default Audi engineers > all lawyers laid end to end

I'm just perplexed that (1) TTschwing wasn't louder (although it would have only bred despair since Mk1 arms seem to be made of unobtainium; which brings us to (2) What took MCPaudiTT so long?

Well, ALL is forgiven now. More than forgiven.

Default Well....I Tried for years...I'm tired since..>

It seems the desired end here recently is slam it into the ground, screw what works as long as you "look" good...Unfortunately that 10 page thread on Vortex that explained, by guy who knows why this isn't a good plan, is gone..A lot of peeps here don't even read a post response, let alone a 10 page thread...

Not a lot of positive feedback when talking about what works and what doesn't. Mine works, I know that, and those that know, "Know" (and you know who you are..). Maybe the rest will figure it out someday....I've only been messing with suspensions for 30 years or so. Who am I to buck the trend?...<sigh>
