nono .. not like that.. just fix the car right... like. for example
they replace my transmission for no reason.. 'cause they miss diagnosed a faulty WHEEL bearing noise. what's with kissing dealer's a$$ anyways

I can comment ... SLK, Boxster S, 911, and TT ~
Of all - MB had the best service. Treated me like a princess - always had an MB loaner. Mind you - one time they put a stone chip in my hood while taking it out for a test drive. (note: 3 SLKs, 2 other MBs)
Next to that - the Audi dealership was great, always a loaner (even an AllRoad once). (note: 2 TTs)
Sorry to report - although I'm a little princess now, the first service I had on the 911 (even after introducing myself BEFORE to the Service Manager) wasn't very special (and a few mistakes). (note: 2 Porsches)
I'm thinking with the business I bring these guys ... well, at the very least I should get a smile!
