Default Yes.. use the screws up top to re-align them. You're looking to ensure that the gaps
near the front drill are the same after removal as they were before.

You can mark them with a grease pen prior to removal to aid you in this process.

As I Know that there is not difference in size , If anyone have that experience please help to know

I mean I planning to change the normal LED headlights of my car (Q8,2019) to Matrix type . Is any problem will happen and it can fit since the same model.

I did not realize you were asking about a 2019 Q8 on the TT thread that deals with early-mid 2000 model year vehicles.

You are not dealing with a plug & play swap.
