The TT is the most function following form car I know of. No offense, I like the TT but how does:
1) Funky, stylish fuel filler door over conventional fuel cap.
2) Roll over hoops which don't attach to anything substantial.
3) Metal covered shift **** which "brands" palm in hot sun.
4) Shiney interior bits which reflect sunlight into the drivers eyes.
5) Baseball stitching used as a style enhancer over existing "normal" stitching.
enhance the TT's form follows function philosophy?
The TT is about style - not function. That is what sells it. Not to say that it doesn't funtion well, but most of it's standout features are style only related. IMHO

but FLW did work for Sullivan in chicago before designing homes which were basically "formed" to his own size and taste(s), not the people who were going to live in it. Anyway even before "form follows function", Safety is always the first concern, then that triple "f" phrase kicks in like yin and yang. I don't like how the spoiler on the TT kinda blocks the cool rings on the back though..
Thanks,
Thanks,
