My studder on start up has come back. It is mainly on cold days. Everytime it happens I look under the hood and Packs 1 and 3 are sticking out. I pressed them back in yesterday and then drove for a while and the car felt like it had no power when trying to accelerate in 5th gear around 65 mph. I know it's not suppost to take off like a jet when I do that but it feels like a plastic bag has been tossed over the intake. If I shift down it will go fine. I checked the packs when I got to where I was going and Packs 1 and 3 where sticking out again.

I am going to change the Packs I just wanted to know if ya'll think I am doing the right thing and not just throwing away money. An additional question would be what kind of coil packs to buy? OEM ($173 Quote) or some from autozone or Pep Boys? Bolt-in of course. TIA.
