Default does anyone here have

a garage heater? I've bought two different one from lowes in the past week, hoping that they might help in the garage, but, as I had feared, they don't really help too much due to the relative size/strength of the heater and the garage. I found one online that would probably perform pretty well, but it is ~$280, which is more than I would like to spend. Am I pretty much SOL with this?? TIA

Default I have a very small ceramic heater that I bought from Lowes.

It runs me out of my one car garage.. Even now in the dead of winter, it's one it's lowest fan and auto temp setting. My garage stays @ 70 degrees.

I admit I did carpet the entire floor and seal the garage door very very well.

Default I have a 22,000 BTU.....>>

Kerosene heater that came with the house. One of those cheap round ones. My garage is large, but with that thing cranked and a ceiling fan to circulate things, it can get nice and toasty.....But temps rarely dip below 30 degrees here....

Default ;-P

I can never tell when you guys are being sarcastic ... but then again, I should assume you always are....

Actually, we haven't been spending all that much time in the garage for the last few days ... too much fun to be had in other rooms in the house. ;-P
