but I'm not planning on dining off of the engine covers anytime soon (like can be done with your sled).

Seriously, with as much as it rains out here it seemed like more of a PITA to keep a coat of rain-x on the windshield than it is to keep the windshield clean. The more you use your wipers the sooner you'll have to reapply rain-x. It starts to be a bit like the movie Speed, you try to stay over 40mph so you don't have to flip the wipers on

Last february it started to rain on sunday afternoon, and I discovered that the wipers would go up really easy at 110mph, but had a tough time getting back down.
I was thinking that rain-x may solve my problem. The weather guessers are calling for rain next weekend.
