I only got one when i bought mine used...and they're about $200 CDN at the dealership. However, there's a few for sale on Ebay for a fraction of the cost used.
But I need to know the key code- or how to find it on the switchblade...

they're not "laser" cut. They can copy them like any other key, it just takes a different type of machine which not all locksmiths have. Newer TT's (2002+?) also have an electronic transponder as part of the antitheft circuitry which makes it particularly difficult. A 2000 just needs a simple key. Some dealers even have a machine.

The key code isn't marked on the key, but a good locksmith can measure an existing key to get the code, if you want him to cut from code instead of just making a mechanical copy.
