I just toured their Cybercenter in Burbank and it is very impressive. They have multiple tiers of connectivity and switching going on in that building for their HUGE global network (spanning from a sonnet fibre ring) and also host communications equipment for MCI and Pac Bell. They have a complete n+1 configuration for redundancy and multi-redundant routing thrughout their network. I would definitely reccomend them. If you want more info, let me know.
