Default Doing rear brakes: Caliper assembly not coming off

I am replacing the rear brake pads as per the Jeff Bipes web site(thank you by the way). I have the 2 - 13mm bolts off the caliper assembly but I can't seem to get the caliper assembly off. I have the parking brake off. Is there something that I am missing here?

Default Does it move around?

Is it not coming off because of a ridge on the outer edge of the disc?

Default Yes, it does move around... I can get it about .75" off but no further.

It doesn't feel like it is caught on a ridge though. Thanks for helping though.

Default On second thought, it might be caught on the lip

How can I get the caliper to loosen it's grip so I can get it past?
