Door sill removal, whent hey fixed rockers (body shop tore mine up)
Is it possible to remove the rocker panels w/out destroying the Door Sills. My body shop just called me and told me it was going to be 160x2 because they couldnt remove the sills w/out disrupting the aluminum. If so, anyone have pictures of the removal, and the sills, and the rockers? I know it's alot to ask...

Yes it can be done if you actually care...
I removed mine 2 days ago. I did not ruin anything because I took my time (30 min total). I used a plastic 8" dry wall taping knife, a 12" dry wall taping knife and a heat gun on low. I did not trust the body shop to remove the parts for my rocker panel replacement.

Thank you VERY much! If you have anymore pictures or if anyone else
has any - please show here. I am going to take them with me to the body shop when I raise hell. They are saying there was no way to remove them w/out destroying them.
