Are the dreaded bushings on the OEM front sway bar rubber or poly?

Bitch. You have to drop the subframe. The nuespeed will change the dynamics of the car. You'll need to balance it with the rear bar and everything will be stiffer. Poly bushings need occasional lubing too...

and that is causing the squeaking up front?? What do you think? Do you lube the oem bushings on the front ever?

I had the swaybar replaced and I still get them over 1-2 inch bumps at speeds over 25mph, what do you think?

Sway bar bushings...Some bars have been bad and replaced, sometimes more than once. The bushes are fairly easy to get to (not to get apart though) from the wheel well.......Follow the sway bar til you get to the rubber. Try some synthetic or silicone spray and see if it goes away. If so it's the bushings. The only way to lube them correctly is to disasemble. The spray will most likely be temporary, but you may get lucky!
