Default driveline whine - anybody else have this??

Hey all,

At 60mph, in any gear, I hear moan/whine right behind my right shoulder when I am driving. The car has only 2500 mi. on it. Anybody else hear this as well? I was thinking it may be the Haldex or the rear transfer case dif. Any thoughts or insights would be good. And...yes it is scheduled for an appearance at my dealer.

thanks!

Default Ohh yes. Tell me about it. Dealer says "Could not recreate problem". This kind

of noise is very well known on my mustang but I never thought I would have it on the TT. I took it in and complained that maybe it was the Haldex and the dealer said they couldn't hear it. I will be taking one of the techs out for a test drive one of these days....

Default I know there was one about the dual mass flywheel needing replacement.

This is probably for something different, though.<ul><li><a href="http://cory.charltonfamily.org/gti/vwtechcontent/audipdf/a300101.pdf">Driveline Vibration pdf</a></li></ul>

Default OTTO!!!!

Thanks dood. Funny thing I have these symptoms on the car too. Felt them most of the way to Bracketfest. Looks like I'll be taking my tech for a nice drive to make him hear the drivetrain whine and the vibration.
