Dealer is struggling to correct a small gap between the top rear corner of the driver's side window and the rubber seal around the doorway. I'm getting air noise and occasional water through the gap. This seems to have developed over time and is now in need of repair. Anyone else seen this and have any advice to relay?

Once the door panel comes off, it's easy to see all of the adjustment points. There are two at the very bottom of the door itself to adjust the angle of the window in relation to the roofline. Every angle can be adjusted. This was one of the things we went through at tech training on this car.
This of course, is assuming that the rubber seal is intact and in place correctly. Seems strange that this should take more than an hour or so, including taking the door panel off.

It was also Aviator Gray like yours, maybe it's something to do with the color.
The dealer tried to correct the problem on that car, but was unable to do so. It's a long story, but seems that the car had an "off road" experience before I bought it. After I learned that and shoved the car back up the dealers a$$, I always suspected that it had something to do with the 4 wheeling. By that time, I had no interest in trying to fix the problem. Suspect this is not the problem with your car.
If the car is still under warranty it's worth it to have the dealer take another swat at it. You may want to ask if they have had their body shop check it out, or just one of their techs. It's been my experience that a good body man can usually correct these minor "finesse" adjustments much better than a line tech.
Or, try another dealer if there's one within reasonable distance. I've heard that some of the Audi shops will ignore this type of problem for the first 2-3 shop visits. Then, maybe take it up after you bitch long enough.
If you get no satisfaction from a dealer, try a top notch body shop in the area. Maybe you can get Audi to pick up the tab if they can fix it.
FWIW.

This is what the dealer will be trying next. Not enough time today to get into the door. The Body shop guys will be taking the door panel off and going at the adjustments. Sounds like that will take care of it.

Except its on the passenger side. The gap is big and pretty much everyone who rides in that seat notices it. Especially when it is raining
.
I've asked my dealer to take a look at it when
I bring it in for service in two weeks.

My dealer was very familiar with the adjustments, they just take time. Apparently you need a few torx drivers as well as some patience... if your dealer needs help, have them call James Lovering at McKenna Audi in Norwalk, CA.
He knows all about this as he did it on my car. James is the Audi Specialist Mgr. for this dealership.
