Default Driving school proposal: UPDATE

OK, as of now I have the following folks indicating that they are interested in taking the driving school I wrote about yesterday (the link below is to the original post if you missed it the first time):

01. TrinMar1
02. JoTT
03. Jeff Meininger
04. dloftis
05. dloftis' fiance
06. 3.14ryTT
07. MiTT
08. ShuhTTala
09. MaTT02
10. YosemyTT
11. Ferg (although I'm teaching the class, I'll register myself as a student and pay tuition in order to help assure that it 'makes')

I still need nine more students for the class to make. Does anyone have any friends who may be interested in a two-day driving class? As I wrote yesterday, I think you would have a blast...lots of driving in a relaxed but safe, professional atmosphere that would enhance your abilities as an everyday driver. I am sure that we could find things to do in our off time...there are tons of great eateries here, from BBQ to Mexican food.

Anyway, I would enjoy hearing from you.

Ferg

PS: what do y'all think of the new sig? I know it's very basic ... but go easy -- it's my first attempt!

My original driving school proposal

Default Ok, question again.

Seeing as I can't drive my own car out there... how about a rental? I mean, would you/the school have any problems with me driving a rental during the training?

Not at all! You're more than welcome either way...you would still learn something and have fun!

Default I'm interested, but it would depend on the date . . .

I am off every 3rd weekend and could make the road trip.

Default If you're flying into DFW and want a ride, I could do that, too.

This is all assuming I can schedule whatever date Michael picks.

Default Kelley and I are definately interested assuming the date works >>>

FWIW, I'd be willing to pay a little more than $35/ea to make the class. I bet some others would as well.
