After the 42DD downpipe (with cat)was fitted a year+ ago, I got all kinds of O2 related CEL's. Fitted Wayne adapter block and am still getting the above fault code.
Car runs fine and other fault codes associated with tired secondary air pump now gone. Car has 67,000 miles and is running one of 3 new-ish MAF's I have lying around.
CEL comes on after < 1 mile after fault codes were cleared. I am tired of having the CEl on all the time
From other posts this seems to be a common issue on the 225 with DP, even with cat and spacer block.
Anyone found a solution yet?

distance from the flow in most cases....but there are some exceptions....
Assuming the 02 sensor is still good...i would check..
1- insure the angle block is snug, and the sensor is snugged up tight to the angle block.
2- remove the angle block and use spark plug adapters to move the o2 sensor further away from the flow as a test. These are inexpensive, try 2 and three adapters
The fact the error pops up immediately leads me to think it may be the sensor itself...

another thing worth checking out. I drive short distances, so condensation buildup against the sensor is possible.
