Or you could just transplant the old connector to the new pads.
Soemtimes the sensors will pull out and you can just swap them. Otherwise, cut the connectors off of the old and the new pads, and solder the old connector on the wires from the new pad. What I have done before is to take the old sensors, cut the wires and solder them together - but that means you have to visually check your pads once in a while.
Don't cut the connectors on the car side, and don't leave them open to the elements. In fact, putting some petroleum jelly in the actual connector isn't a bad idea especailly if you live up north. Don't need much.<p>Todd W

Re: As long as I don't find brake wear sensors on my brakes, yes...
I bought my 180TTQ in early December. I ordered a set of Mintex red box pads for the front which came with sensor wires. When I went to install them I found my car did not have connectors for the pads. I called the supplier (APR) and they told me to just cut the wires off the new pads. Early 180's do not have sensor wires.
