Default ECU Chip Exchange for 180 FWD

Does anyone know which chip dealer will send a complete ECU unit w/ chip for core charge exchange on original ECU and is any one chip better than another for Stage 1 set-up? Thanks, DZ

Default I dont think any dealer does a core charge.....you either

send them yours and your car is down for 2-3 days or you can buy a spare ECU abd have that chipped.

As Chris below mentioned, I just happen to have a spare 180 FWD ECU that I would be willing to deal a little with, look at my signature below, check to see what ECU code you have, if it is the same..lets talk

My car was made in May of 99 is there a way to get the ECU Code without pulling the unit?

Default if someone has a VAG tool it will tell you, or you could maybe

sweet talk the dealer to do it....
