Electrical gremlins. Main issue

Left turn signal on dash comes on when brake is applied.
Left turn signal flashes at different rate or stops flashing when brake pedal applied.
Brake light warning on dash beeps when applying brake pedal. Turning on parking or headlights eliminates the light warning.
ABS light occasionally comes on then disappears.
Airbag warning light is on.

So far all I have done is confirm light bulbs are ok and Brake switch is operating using VAG block 066. It seems to be ok. What else could be causing the above ? Maybe I need a new ABS controller?
