Has anyone else had any electrical system problems. Twice now I have noticed that the license plate illumination light has stayed on once I've shut off the vehicle, turned off the lights and locked the car...license plate light just stays on for no apparent reason.

Also, I've had the gas gauge jump from empty to full. It doesn't necessarily reset if I turn off the ignition and turn it back on...just jumps back to empty while driving...

Hope this is not signs of a much larger problem. I have 3,800 miles on my FWD TT. I have not notified the dealer yet, but was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems.

My cabin lights came on and stayed on, but it resetted itself. (nt)

Mine did this, it drove me batty! I nailed down to the rear boot not being shut properly. (nt)
