Default Engine chokes at high acceleration

My engine chokes at High speed. I have cleaned the MAF, the car was great for one day, again the problem appeared, I took out the air induction hose to clean it, and make sure its ok, I found that the hose connecting the PCV breather is torn. So I replaced the air induction hose. I drove the car for 10 minutes, it was ok, and then I tried to accelerate, the car did a backfire, and back the problem is back, car is hesitating.

Today in the morning I noticed that the PCV breather hose (not the one connected to the air induction hose), another one, is torn.

Do you think that the whole problem is caused by the PCV Breather?

Does the PCV Breather usually cause the engine to choke?
