Default Engine ticking

My TT has recently developed a loud and annoying ticking noise. After asking around a bit, I was told it's probably a lifter problem. I was due for an oil change anyway, so when I changed my oil (5w30 full synthetic), I added Rislone to the oil as well. It's only been maybe 100 miles since then, but the noise persists.

It only happens after the engine is warmed up, and it only occurs at idle; it goes away when I rev the engine. Here's a short clip. Please excuse my obvious assessment that "it definitely sounds like it's coming from the engine"

Your thoughts?

EDIT: the car is at about 138,000 miles, by the way...in case that matters

Still no luck with this, and it only seems to have gotten worse. It's also now throwing an engine code, P0011. I took it to the Audi dealership today and long story short is they wanna charge me $3100 to replace the oil pump and the cam chain adjuster. That seems a bit steep to me. Couldn't this be something as simple as a clogged camshaft actuator solenoid? I have no indication of low oil pressure, so I don't even know why they would think the pump is the problem.

I would do an AutoRX treatment ASAP, if that doesn't work I would drop the oil pan and clean the screen for the oil pump pick-up tube and the pump itself.

But 1st I would try AutoRX it's great stuff: https://www.auto-rx.com/

When removing the oil pan, carefully inspect the connecting rod bolts. If one has snapped, that could cause the noise. Eventually it will lead to a catastrophic failure. Like the one outlined here by my son:

Some good photos in the story....
