Default ESP Light Stays on - Anyone have this problem?

I've had my 225QR since August 29, no problems. Just yesterday, I noticed that my ESP warning light was on indicating that ESP is off. The manual says to shut the car off and restart (kind of like MS-windows, the non-os ) but the light will not go out, the ESP button has no effect either.

I'm definitely taking it in to the shop, I'm just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem?

Default I did right when I took delivery...

...turned out that they had to replace the rear differential control module. The car was in the shop for three days for them to diagnose it and get the replacement part in.
