Default Euro Mirror Install Help

Anyone have tips or tricks to installing the Euro Mirrors from Stratmosphere?

I read the instructions from Stratmosphere and they weren't bad, but a little vague.

Is this typically easy? Hard? Medium?

Thanks!

Default Very easy. Just be sure to protect your paint while you're working on it and you'l be fine.

Once you know where that release lever is, the whole job takes all of 2 minutes per side. Be sure to plug the heater elements back in and you have to press pretty ahrd to get the mirrors to snap in. Be careful to apply even pressure over the connectors so you don't crack the mirror.

Default not hard, just a little scary

the main risk of damage is breakage of the original mirrors during removal - in theory, that doesn't matter because you won't be using them anymore, but I still went to some effort to avoid that. otherwise, it's not bad. see the link for some more info...

some more details

Default hard for most...go to your dealer and get the autobody guy to do it for $20-30

...it will take him 10 sec and us hours if we dont end up cracking either the stock or euro's...besides there's nothing like seeing the guy do in 10 sec what you had tryed to do for 30 min...
