Euro mirrors, are both halves flat or one is convex?

The furthest end of the mirrors (the tips 20%) are curved.

Default Driver's is flat, passenger's is curved at the tip...
but there are a lot of aftermarket "Euro mirror" kits which have both sides with the tips curved (i.e. left mirror from a RHD car, right mirror from a LHD car).

Default my driver's side is also curved...which is odd at times to look at.
it gives you an odd sense of depth perception.

Default correct- in UK left side is 2 paneled, on Continent the right side...
many of us have put them on both sides- strange to get used to at first but then really great. A stock TT anywhere in the world would not come with 2 of the "euro" mirrors installed as standard equipment.

You can get both halves convex. Got em on mine, although not from the factory.
