fault code 16795, Sec Air Inj Sys Incorrect flow detected

Anyone get this code, if so how was it fixed. Got the lightning bolt/engine symbol on the way home today.

I think it could either be a bad DV, or else a leak or poor seal at the hoses...

Check all of your hoses and clamps. I've got this code before and that's what it was.
