Default Feedback - Arlington Audi/BMW (formerly Heishman)

I am ready to put my order in for the 2002 Moro Blue 180 TTC. Can any of you out there provide feedback and personal experience(s) you have had with Arlington Audi (formerly Heishman Porche/Audi/BMW) as far as purchase and service experience(s)? Any positive or negative experiences with the other Metro DC dealers would be appreciated also. Thanks in advance!

Sounds like Tischer is usually better and HBL is usually worse from most posters' perspectives.

Default tischer has been very good -- but don't go there...you'll make it more difficult...

to get an appointment for the rest of us! ;-)

Re: Feedback - Rockville is decent too -- nothing but great experiences there for me.

Default I've dealt w/ Arlington (soon to be Alexandria) Audi for two years.

The salesman opened the dealership on a Sunday for us and let us drive all the configurations we wanted. The deal wasn't great but, all things considered, fair.

The biggest problem with the service department was the delay in getting an appointment. The new Alexandria location, with only the Audi brand, will make that easier. Maybe they'll get an actual waiting room too.

The service guy I dealt with until the change in ownership was Matt Stanton. He was very good. I understand he's moving to sales.

The main reason I went with them is convenience, but I haven't been disappointed.

Thanks for the feedback - are they building something new and relocating to Alex?

Default They are moving to the old Toyota place on Mt. Vernon Ave. near Monroe St.

I haven't been by, but I assume they're putting some money into it to make it nice. I think they've been using the service bays for a few weeks now.

Default Arlington Audi/BMW (formerly Heishman)

I purchased my TT from them, over a year ago, both sales and service are very good to excellent, plus they give you a loaner during service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy.
