Default Filled and Primed...

I filled in the groove around the grill opening, and patched a tear on the left side.

Here is the chin spoiler fitted in place.

Default Looks good - could you fill the cracks where the lower lip attaches and make it look like one

unified piece, instead of an add-on piece.

You work does look very good.

Default i had mine done as one piece and it's been nothing but problems

when you put soft plastic against hard plastic you get cracks. no way to avoid it. mine looked great for 3 weeks.

Default they are both urethane parts, the key is to use a urethane glue/filler

<img src="http://wildwingsacademy.home.comcast.net/images/edge2.jpg">

It's a 2-component flexible glue especially for urethane.
it's sandable like "bondo" after it dries, and it stays flexible.
