Default Finally got some speed!

Well, the combination of reaching the end of my break-in, and finding myself on an open and remote stretch of highway, met today, and resulted in finally pushing this baby over 100 mph! Yeee-haaa! 105 felt like 80! Effortless and begging for more! Can't wait to drive from Texas to Pennsylvania later this month! Has anyone driven their 180fwd at 90 to 100+ mph for a long period of time? How did it do temperature wise? Love this car!

I had a really hard time keeping to my running in speeds and was pleased when I passed the 1500 km mark and was really able to open my blue-on-blue 180bhp front wheel drive on a trip from Luxembourg to the Netherlands to go sailing. The car cruised for 3 hours in each direction at between 80 and 100mph without fault and without any movement from the temperature gauge. I checked the oil level after arriving in the Netherlands and then again when I got home and no oil useage was noticable. The only needle that moved quite quickly was the fuel gauge and as I was not prepared to pay Dutch petrol prices I had to nurse the car over the border to Belgium where the petrol is slightly cheaper that in Holland, but not as cheap as in Luxembourg (which is also expensive when compared to US prices).
All in all the car went like a dream and it certainly causes other drivers to get out of the way. Not because I'm going particularly fast, but because most want to take a good look as we go past.
This is without doubt the greatest car I have ever driven.

Temperature no problem at any time. Do not drive over 130mph for reasons of aerodynamic instability (can be fatal). Everything else: no problem. Watch the cops--- US prisons are not as nice as those in Germany. But I bet you know that...

Have now 22.000 km (how many miles is that??) on my TT (180 HP FWD) and drove two times from Holland to Germany where, as you may know, there are lots of places with no speed limit at all! So a great place to test my TT. Had a few hour drive with an average speed of 180 km/h (= ? miles/hour) an extensive tracks of 220 km/h (= ?even more miles/hour). Because of the high uplift forces, again, be careful in light curves at these speeds, but in general the car behaved great! No excessive oil use, normal engine, oil temp, etc.. Gas use on this track: 12 liter per 100 km, so a lot, but still ok!
Regards,
AlberTT

Translation to US:
22,000 Km = 13670 Miles
180 Km/h = 112 MPH
220 Km/h = 137 MPH
12 L / 100 Km = 19.6 Miles/Gallon
