Finally using Pro-Diag. Temp gauge at 1:00 = ~215deg...Is this temp. cause for alarm???

Finally using Pro-Diag. Temp gauge at 1:00 = ~215deg...Is this temp. cause for alarm???

Default not really. Most EFI cars peak operating temp is 200- 210

what were your driving conditions? had you been running it hard? idling a while?

Anyways... If it gets up around 225-230 then I'd be a bit concerned... and if it hits 245+ then your in trouble!

Default Probably not but... see link inside. My OBD port said ~212 deg at the 1 o'clock position.

Happens any old time but always after easy but high speed cruise into a toll booth
