Default FInished smoked corners, what a pita. 2 questions:

First I wanted to thank all of you for your recent advice, you're all so helpful. I know I would have had to second guess my work if it wasn't for your insight!

I got my smoked corners in and the headlights all zipped up. Should I assume I've "compressed" the headlight sandwich enough when all 4 clips snap on?

Also, I painted the interior bit ultra-flat black after filling and sanding. I didn't use primer, though, it didn't really occur to me. The paint job itself looks great. Will not using a primer come back and bite me in the ***?

I found the corners didn't quite fit as the originals did, although they're properly seated. I added some black silicon sealant on the ends just in case...

Default are you going to leave it there?

I know it would bug me a lot.
Not worth the hassle unless it's really obvious.

Default I still have a piece of paper towel at the edge of the HID lense.

If you're able to put the clips back on, you should be fine. The center clip of my lenses didn't snap on all the way neither, but appeared to be property seated. With the ends snapped on, I can't imagine normal vibration could shake it loose.

Default hahaha... you suck!

i wish someone told me to be careful of fingerprints on the inside of the lenses as well.... the light shining through sure accentuates any dirtyness
