First ding - anyone know if paintless dent repair can get behind this panel?

It's vertical and about a 2" long bend just (looking at it) to the right of the side marker on the driver's side.
No paint cracks, not even a <i>mark</i> in the dent, so I have no idea how it even <b>got</b> there, but it's there, and it looks like it should come right out if the paintless guys can get their tools behind there (I was thinking they might even be able to pop the side marker and work in that way...)
Anyone else had that front fender panel with the side marker light repaired? (And anyone know how someone leaves a door ding without even a nick in the paint?!?!)

jack up car, remove fender liner. 15 minutes of prep work will save you and the dent guy a major hassle.

There's no way to get there from behind, so I've got to just live with it (it's only about 1" in from the edge of the panel...) :-(
