Default are you kidding?

i think they're supposed to accept a note from a doctor as a valid reason for tint...

Default no the CHP and the judge both told me absolutely no excuse for tint......

I had a note from my optometrist it said that bright light causes me headaches and irritation to my eyes, along with a recommendation for window tint.

I also told the judge that night driving was almost worse and headlights shine directly into my mirrors.... She repeated that there is no excuse for any window tint and recommended a stick-on shade. apparently it needs to be removable. But thats in California... I imagine other states vary, she was very polite about it and reduced my fine to $60 from $120 and thats with leaving the tint on but she recommended I remove it so I wouldnt see her again.

Default that's crazy!!

are you not allowed to have any tint on the front windows in cali? i would venture to guess that it would be different here b/c we are allowed to have tint on the front windows, however it can only be 50%. so hopefully my having 35% won't be too big of an issue...
