I week or so ago I posted a message about a fluttering sound I was hearing from the drivers side dash/windshield area. It sounded almost like a plastic bag stuck to the front of the car and fluttering in the wind. I couldn't hear this sound with the windows down or at low speeds. Turns out it was the DV. The dealership replaced the DV and the sound is gone. So anyone out there who is hearing that sound or isn't sure if they have a bad DV but they hear a sound matching this, get the DV replaced.

...When I was washing my car, I pulled a few leaves out from under the hood, and no more noise since. Are you sure the service folks didn't do something like this while replacing the DV?

yep, i had already done a leaf check myself with no luck

damn, i just had this sound this morning... gotta check for leaves... hope my 'h' dv is ok...
