the diaphram did end up having a small tear.. i switched with the newer one and the flutter is gone!
thanks for all the help guys. no more flutter just a nice whoosh at all boost levels!!! yipee

which spring should i be using????HELP PLEASE
looking at the UK site for forge there are two different spring sets.. mine look more like the one labels uprated dump valve spring. so which spring should i be using on my unchipped 225??
one set is rated
Green - 6-8 PSI
Yellow - 10-12 PSI
Blue - 14-16 PSI
Red - 18-20 PSI
and the other is
Green - 5-15 PSI
Yellow - 15-23 PSI
Blue - 23-30 PSI
