on as is so we dremeled a notch into it..... you may or may not have the same issue but the samco trimming and re-trimming made our life much easier!

side of each upper and lower samco end for the best fit - and we definitely cut one in half - but that was for the DV relocation kit. they cut real nice with a straight razor/utility knife.

i like to use, a light coat of wd-40 on the metal and they slide right on..but beware, once they are that far on, they are VERY difficult to get off....
Sizing is important. We did a full samco setup on Mikes car, i think the only hose we did not trim, was the driver side manifold...we actually cut that in half for the DV Relo! ;-)

some of the welds on the intercooler touch the back of the bumper too..so you may need to bang out some of the bottom sections of the bumper, as its a tight fit.
