Forge upgraded..now this..It sounds like a kazoo when reved
This sounds bizzare/bad. I rev somewhat hard..car feels great..but sounds like a kazoo under the hood.
Wondering if I put too much grease on or something. I put the OE valve back on..making the same noise.
Is this a bad thing? Will it go away?

take the forge apart again . . .
possible one of the o-rings popped out of the groove and is flapping in the air as it rushes through. If that is the case then the o-ring is shot and you will need a new one. That is the only thing inside a Forge to cause a Kazoo type sound.
Either way take it apart and see that everything is ok. Give Pete@Strat a call and let him know.
