Default I wonder how this affects those who already had a cluster replaced under warranty

but are now out from under the warranty of the first original unit with a bad second cluster.

mighty nice of them to include 7 and 8 year old cars in a 6 year coverage period.

Default I believe it says they can be reimbursed if they replaced it withing 6 years of...

the first maintenence on the car. Or something like that.

Default Do I read this wrong or is it best to>>

Exclude yourself in you are outside of the coverage time frame. If this settlement is approved then if you don't exclude yourself you stuck with the six year period. If you do exclude yourself then you may have a leg to stand on in the future if you need a cluster repair.

Am I understanding what I am reading?

Default If you bought it new then it would be the day you took delivery. If you did not buy it new...

And you don't have the original papers, you could do a carfax and go off the registration date.
