So my car got towed on friday night. Dealer called me today said the tranny was junk gears were all jammed up and that the clutch was all worn down... im so happy to get a new tranny that i dont even care about the $550 for the installed clutch.. How much would that tranny been if my warrenty ran out and i did it out of my pocket? Wednesday i will be rulling with some new GEARS!!!

Default They're charging you labor for installing the clutch?

It's maybe 15 minutes with the tranny already out.

Default Sounds like a reasonable offer since you do have some performance enhancements.

About 4-6K for a new tranny by dealer.

Default I waited over a month for my tranny to get fixed.

But I had them through in a clutch for that
