Default Front Grill (w/o a grill) or JE Design

Anyone do this on their black TT?

Forgot this guys name (sorry), but filled in the holes left by the stock grill, painted and mounted some mesh behind. Leaves a bigger opening in front than adding an aftermarket grill (JE Design, LLTek, etc).

Just curious if anyone's done this on a black TT? I have a JE Design sitting here in my room, but I kinda like the huge opening in front better!

did you just bondo the holes and add the mesh? How'd you mount it?

Default There are more than just holes on the bottom, big slots and openings.

You will need more than just 'bondo' here on these openings.
Use some fiberglass on the underneath, then some 2-component epoxy made for urethane the seal these up.
bondo will crack and fall right out.
