fuel filter change

so i've got the TT on the lift, with an hour to get this done, how do i remove this plastic cover to get to the filter?

oh ya , all i gotta do prior is open the gas door and cap rite? so that i dont spill my full tank?

I watched a guy replace mine 2 weeks ago. After removing all the screws you just yank the thing off. Those strange round fasteners that look like washers will push back on when you're done.
