The fuel gauge saga continues. Had the cluster and sender replaced. Fuel gauge is still wrong.

The fuel gauge saga continues. Had the cluster and sender replaced. Fuel gauge is still wrong.
Could it be the system wasn't reprogramed? If that needed to be done.
