Fuel system bank 1 too lean DTC & EVAP purge DTC

After about 1500 miles I get the following DTCs:
17536-fuel trim bank 1 system too lean p1128 -35-10
.
16825 - p0441
The first time I cleared the CELs, changed the MAF and checked for leaks in the EVAP Box line (found none). The car ran great for about 1500 miles and now they're back. Last week I cleared the codes without changing the MAF and the -too lean code- is gone but the P441 EVAP Purge line code is back.
After doing some searches I noticed the Steve Schwing had the exact same codes last year when he was coming back from an event. Does anyone know what he did to fix it?
I am running the very first version of the BAMM w/ 4bar FPR w/ BMC intake w/ Dahlback intake manifold.

Have a bad BAMM. Some have seperated at the sensor holder resulting in a lean code...check it out and email me. This is why I designed the new style. I have a special exchange program for ya if this is the case.
My code was just because of a bad MAF that I was using..
