Default Fuel Trim: ...System too Lean???

So below is what I'm getting from Vag-Com, it is throwing me into limp mode about every 200 miles. What should I look into first??? Injectors? Fuel Filter? (only bank 1 though) I passed a 20oz bottle of techron through, and so far no better. Any help is appreciated.

Default Definitely MAF- Audi dealer will replace for free....

...as long as the car is under 70k miles. Audi extended the warranty on MAFs to 7/70 due to the fact many were defective. My car is out of the 4/50 warranty, but they still replaced the MAF ( and reimbursed the diagnostic tests ) for free.
