Default Further wheel frustrations (TT withdrawal but without the lack of the TT...)

I'm going through TT withdrawal even though I still have the car.

Why? The tire shop, which promised the wheel shop would refinish the wheel they scratched up within 24 hours, still isn't done with it three days later, so for four days now it's been three Pirelli P7000 SuperSports and one "do not go over 50 MPH, make abrupt handling moves, etc." compact spare and will be until at least Monday afternoon. :-(

(Kinda makes me wish the TT came with a real spare like the S4, but given how much space the hatch has after Quattro that would reduce cargo space to about the size of a fishing tackle box... ;-))

Default Um, yeah, a Playskool fishing tackle box. :) It took 4 days for the tire shop to repair my dinged

wheel. It was annoying, but it didn't stop me from living my life.
