Default gas gauge question . . . and another service update

When you start your TT how fast or slow does the needle swing from empty to full? I just got into my car and the needle swung over faster than I have ever seen it swing before! This does not make me very happy . . . I might have to go on a 200+ mile drive just to see if the gauge is accurate or not. At this point I have zero confidance in the gauge. I might be travelling with a 1 gallon gas can from now on.

My windows have begun to squeak AGAIN! Only going down and not up though! lol Very freakin' weird.

My A/C noise has NOT started again, though I have not driven the car very much since getting it back the other day.

I am more concerned with the gas gauge at this point though.

To be safe, I'm starting to measure gas by how far I've driven.

Default that is what I have doen in the past and it still ran out about 100 miles early!

I don't think the fuel is all getting picked up or something else is really ****ed up with my tank or something. I really might take a long drive tomorrow to run through the entire tank and see what happens. I will either bring a 1 gallon can or my 6 gallon gas can with me, if not both!

I am pretty sure mine swings over very quickly. Normal behavior I believe this to be <yoda>

If you run it dry again the dealer will send the Audi Police after you.

Default Questions back at you!

Larry - my gauge slings back fast and has always been acurate in the old T. Also, do you turn the key slightly to let the electronics lite up while putting your seatbelt on or just fire it up?

Also, I remember a while back you posting that you always have closed your doors via the window (in a post about door smudging if my memory serves me) Then people asked if you had any problems associated with this, you said no. Could it be back to haunt you?
