Gas pedal stopper mod...
Background: With the car floored, it would boost to 20ish then drop off to 12-14 somewhere between 3500 and 4000 rpms. Me no likey the dropping off of boosty...
What I thought: I somehow got it in my head that flooring the gas and THEN lifting off slightly was what I was supposed to be doing to hold boost. You know...that whole "gas pedal not quite to the floor makes more power" thing. However, apparently I was going about that all wrong...
What I've learned: I've been flooring it 3/4 and that seems to hold boost MUCH better. Nice and steady at 21-22psi. Me likey much better!
