Default Gasket problems

I have an 02 TT Quattro 1.8t. I got it a little over a year ago and have had nothing but exhaust problems. The main problem is I keep blowing gaskets or bolts fall out. I dont know why and cant figure out why at all. My last gasket was made out of brass and except for a few pieces the whole thing blew out (just disappeared). Its not hard to fix it but its annoying now. Has anyone had a problem with this or knows about it and can help me figure out why it keeps happening!!!

I'm guessing it's either the top or bottom gasket on the down pipe, use a OEM gasket and new bolts or nuts. Look very closely at both flanges for any signs of deterioration, it must be flat and smooth or a tiny leak will eat away at the gasket. When it's torqued right with no preload meaning it's not forced into position before tightening it should outlast the cat.
